Our Refund Policy currently doesn’t allow you to exchange or return the products unless it is special circumstances.
Special Circumstances refer to situations where you have received the product broken or unsealed. If this is the case then the buyer will have to raise a request by emailing to us on email@example.com within 3 working days of recieving the parcel. Once we process your grieviences our team will get in touch with you to find a solution optimal for all of us. If the exchange is approved, the buyer will have to make arrangements for the product to be delivered to us at our warehouse.
Once the product is returned to us we will inspect and make sure it’s condition is as stated in the email. If there are any issues, our team will contact you with the same. If the refund is approved we will credit the amount into your bank account in 7-14 working days. This is applicable for all online as well as Cash On Delivery orders.
